Our Race Equality Strategy 2026–2029 sets out Inclusive North’s ambition to challenge structural racism, strengthen community power and ensure Black and racially minoritised communities have a meaningful voice in the decisions that affect them.
Together, we want to move from being heard to having influence, and from commitment to lasting change.
