Championing racial equity across Lancashire
For over 20 years we have backed Black and racially minoritised communities with funding, training and support, and pushed the systems around them to change.
Advancing racial equity together
We are a charity infrastructure organisation based in Blackburn. We give funding, training and one-to-one support to Black and racially minoritised community groups, and we work with funders, councils and researchers to change how decisions get made.
Our Race Equality Strategy 2026–2029 sets out how we will challenge structural racism, strengthen community power and make sure communities have a real say in the decisions that affect them.
